The highlight of the day is contributed by Hui Shan as she continued her good form since yesterday and 'scrabbled' (ultimate move)against her opponent during Round 6. This clever play effectively secured the point for her game.
We faced a disadvantage in Round 7 as we were unable to field a full team, thereby giving a walkover to Hall 10 for the 3rd singles game. Despite that, our players were up for the challenge and they were richly rewarded. They eventually secured 3 wins and a tie game and gained a convincing victory against Hall 10.
Although our team did not manage to book a semi-final place, I'm sure the players enjoyed themselves throughout the 2 days of competition as they pitted their wit against worthy opponents.
